These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 97bd platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support facilities available through 97bd. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 97bd. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

97bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the 97bd website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible via 97bd.bio. "Player" means any natural person who holds a registered account with 97bd. "Account" means the individual account held by a Player for the purpose of accessing 97bd services. "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's 97bd account, including deposits and winnings not yet withdrawn. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by 97bd. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification required under applicable compliance obligations. "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means the time zone at UTC+6, the local time zone of Bangladesh.

97bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. All players are encouraged to view gambling as a form of entertainment only and to set personal limits that ensure their gambling activity remains affordable and enjoyable. Players may at any time access deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools from within their account settings. The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced and 97bd will never direct marketing communications to self-excluded players.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and remain in effect for the period specified by the Player, with a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, 97bd will block all access to the account, suspend all marketing communications, and prevent re-registration attempts from associated contact details or devices . To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97bd shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 97bd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

97bd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. While 97bd takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data security, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 97bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
